Open the Profile section in your Vintex AI account and select “Cancel subscription.” You can continue using paid features until the end of the applicable subscription period unless your payment terms state otherwise.
Access after cancellation
After the paid period ends, access changes according to the plan terms shown in your account. You may subscribe again later.

Refund eligibility depends on the payment terms and applicable consumer law. Contact Vintex AI support with your account and purchase details for assistance.
